‘To Know the Unknown’ is an exploration of mixed Iraqi and British heritage, The project focuses on the fantasy and longing to know more about the Iraqi heritage. Through a series of self portraits the project uncovers how the British culture, the know, the reality, and the Middle Eastern culture, the unknown, the fantasy, meet. through a series of images this portrays a confused around cultural identity.
